PinTooKeen ("the app") is a personal-use Pinterest scheduling tool operated by a single individual for scheduling pins to their own Pinterest account. This policy describes what data the app handles and how.

Who operates the app

The app is operated by an individual for personal use only. It is not a commercial service and is not offered to other users.

What data the app accesses

The app uses Pinterest's OAuth 2.0 authorisation to access only the Pinterest account of the app's operator. Accessed scopes are limited to:

• pins:write — to create scheduled pins on the operator's own boards
• boards:read — to read the operator's own board list
• user_accounts:read — to identify the authenticated account

What data the app stores

The app stores the following data, encrypted at rest, in Cloudflare infrastructure:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for the operator's Pinterest account
• Pin metadata (title, description, alt text, board name, destination URL, scheduled time) entered by the operator
• Pin images uploaded by the operator, stored in object storage
• Operational logs of posting success or failure

What data the app does not collect

• No data from other Pinterest users is collected or accessed
• No third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising is present
• No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party other than Pinterest itself (for the purpose of creating pins) and Cloudflare (as the infrastructure provider)

Data retention

Pin metadata and images are retained until manually deleted by the operator. OAuth tokens are retained until revoked or until the operator re-authorises.

Data deletion

The operator can delete any stored data at any time by removing pins from the app or revoking the app's Pinterest authorisation via Pinterest's account settings.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are never exposed to the app's frontend and are stored server-side only. Access to the app's management interface is gated by a password.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
